OTPA method-based contribution analysis of components on the vibration of fuel cell in fuel cell vehicles

Due to the introduction of auxiliary components in fuel cell vehicle powertrains and absence internal combustion engine, vibration sources transfer paths are very different from conventional vehicles. These vibrations interact on output performance system. Therefore, it is necessary investigate characteristics system under operating conditions. IPEK conducted measurements regarding driving manoeuvres environments. In order quantitatively evaluate contributions each source total cell, frequency-domain contribution was investigated based Operational Transfer Path Analysis method with singular value decomposition as well principal component. The results Z-direction coordinate show that hydrogen pump dominantly contributes a wide range frequency majority manoeuvres. However, vary various manoeuvres, environments frequencies. Paper will discuss detail vibrational X-, Y- Z-direction.
